A spacious 1 bedroom deluxe bungalow with adjoining twin bedroom, with shared bathroom and semi open air hot and cold fresh water shower.AC, DVD player, Satellite TV, Refrigerator and in room safe. Villa Jepun and Melati are secluded behind courtyard walls and accessed through beautiful tropical gardens towards the rear of the Beach House Resort. Each Villa has 2 double bed rooms with private en suites, semi open air bath room hot and cold fresh water shower, AC, DVD player, Satellite TV and In room safe. The kitchen have fully stocked fridge, glasses, crockery and cutlery. Intercom room service is available. The open air living and dinning areas are fan cooled with additional DVD player and satellite TV. The living areas open onto wooden Sun deck lounge and 5 X 2 1/2 meter fresh water pool.Rate IDR 2.500.000++/night

 

4 Bed Rooms Villa

The two story villa overlooks the beach and has 4 double bedrooms each with private en suites and fresh water showers. AC, DVD. CD player, In room safes and satellite television. The Villa has intercom connection to the restaurant, a fully stocked fridge/freezer, glasses, crockery,cutlery and cook ware. A chef can organized to cook you gourmet meals upon request. The upstairs dinning and sitting area is a fan cooled and features a large deck with views across the water to Lombok. The downstairs living area is fan cooled and has a DVD/CD, Flat screen satellite TV and casual dinning that opens onto a wooden deck with sun lounges and a 10 m fresh water swimming pool with adjoining shower and guest WC.

Terms and Conditions

1.	The above room rates are plus tax and service charge, Included breakfast.
2.	No charge for children under 12 years old, sharing room with parent in existing bed setting, the children will be charge only for breakfast. If extra an extra bed are required will be charge accordingly.
3.	Reservation is subject to availability, an written confirmation will be given to you.
4.	Reservation will be confirmed at the latest 48 hours of requested or Depending on accommodations respond.
5.	Every booking must follow by client details such name of the participants, contacts number, arrival date, departure date, citizen, special request, etc.
6.	We are so pleased to work on pre payment system, we will email you the booking confirmation number of your requested hotel which will include passengers' details, dates, rates, and any included services. Also an invoice stated of the service. when we receipt your payment into our account we will email you an accommodation voucher for your traveling purpose.
7.	No refund applied if you are check out earlier from the booking stay period, or no show.
8.	We are not responsible for any of bank charge or fee.
9.	Cancellation should be made in written by email, not less than 10 days from the booking period for the regular season and not less then 1 month for high season period. For no show one night room charged applied for regular season and two nights room charge for high season.
