The traditional Lumbung roof functions as an upper floor bedroom and can be reached from the adjacent big balcony a spacious open air living room area is underneath. The large semi open bathroom at the backside can be accessed from the bedroom via a staircase or from the down stairs living area. upon waking you can embrace the morning sun and position your self for a day relaxation or explore the underwater world of azure Lombok sea.

Deluxe Lumbung Hut : The Deluxe Lumbung Huts, with their romantic and exotic charm, make the most of out door living. Deluxe Family Bungalow : The rooms are half houses that have large sleeping and living areas, they also have a bale (spacious lounging area) integrated in the room which can easily be used as a bed for children or for an extra person.Each room has twin beds that can be moved side by side to become a double bed.A mosquito net can be provided though it is rarely needed. All deluxe Bungalow rooms have spacious semi open bath room. The Family Bungalow consist of 12rooms.

Deluxe Ombak Room : Each Deluxe Ombak Room has a large lounging area (Bale) for daytime relaxing which can be easily transformed into comfortable beds to makethis a perfect family unit. The bath room is semi open and you can enjoy a shower under the sky next to a little garden corner. The Deluxe Ombak consist of 24 Rooms.

Terms and Conditions

1.	The above room rates are net, Included breakfast for two persons, 21% government tax and service charge.
2.	No charge for children under 12 years old, sharing room with parent in existing bed setting, the children will be charge only for breakfast. If extra an extra bed are required will be charge accordingly.
3.	Reservation is subject to availability, an written confirmation will be given to you.
4.	Reservation will be confirmed at the latest 48 hours of requested or Depending on accommodations respond.
5.	Every booking must follow by client details such name of the participants, contacts number, arrival date, departure date, citizen, special request, etc.
6.	We are so pleased to work on pre payment system, we will email you the booking confirmation number of your requested hotel which will include passengers' details, dates, rates, and any included services. Also an invoice stated of the service. when we receipt your payment into our account we will email you an accommodation voucher for your traveling purpose.
7.	No refund applied if you are check out earlier from the booking stay period, or no show.
8.	We are not responsible for any of bank charge or fee.
9.	Cancellation should be made in written by email, not less than 10 days from the booking period for the regular season and not less then 1 month for high season period. For no show one night room charged applied for regular season and two nights room charge for high season.
